Property management

On the territory of Istria, Croatian Littoral, islands, Gorski Kotar and Lika, where Autotrans has been for many years, operating the passenger bus service as its basic business activity, there are a large number of real properties and building lands, mainly on attractive locations, owned by Autotrans.

Some of these spaces have been vacated owing to various reasons, mostly in relation  to the need of  business rationalization, merging of the branch offices or their relocation from the city centers. As our company seeks their revitalization and wish to prevent them from being devastated, a property management department was established in 2007.  It was assigned the role of finding the way how the mentioned properties and building lands can be made relevant and redeveloped with the purpose of creating new values and bringing profit in the long run.

To achieve these objectives and complying with the urban development and regional plans adopted by the local authorities, these building lands will be used for the construction of new office buildings and apartment houses to be offered for sale or rent.
